Passengers can access it anytime but no lounges, shops or services are available at night.
Access CDG 3
Car park access:
Access from/to P3 car park by following the signposted footpaths, except PX, linked by CDGVAL light rail.
RER and TGV stations access:
RER station is 400 meters away from/to Terminal 3 by following the signposted footpaths.
TGV station is located Terminal 2, linked by CDGVAL light rail.
Terminal 3 is 400 meters away from/to RER and CDGVAL stations see.
Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 access:
By CDGVAL light rail.
Terminal 3 is 400 meters away from/to CDGVAL station by following the signposted footpaths see.
Arrivals and Departures
Terminal 3 building is divided in 2 parts: arrivals and departures (operations on a single floor).
ATM's
Automatic Teller Machines and Money Exchange facilities are conveniently located throughout the terminal.
Baby Change Rooms
Baby change rooms for parents are located inside toilets throughout the terminal.
Baggage Storage
>> There is no official luggage storage in CDG.
For storage durations above 6 hours, baggage storage can be provided by “Bagages du Monde”.
Baggage is registered at the service desks but is promptly moved to/from a secure storage area in the CDG cargo zone.

Foreign exchange outlets are available throughout the terminal.
A convenient way to exchange money or purchase your travellers cheques ; tax refund (VAT) service is also provided.

Dedicated disabled parking spaces are conveniently located in P3 and PX (long term) car parks.
These are clearly marked and are restricted for passengers with cars displaying a valid “disability” card.

Car rental services at CDG are provided by the following operators:

Internet Facilities
Wi-Fi access is available by subscribing a card available at "Relay" bookshops.
Passenger can browse the web or send an email from a few internet kiosks (0,15 €/min.).
Lost and Found
When you have lost or found an item at CDG you can go to one of the information desks or at the Lost and Found
office operated by “Aéroports de Paris”.
Proceed to Terminal 1:
> Terminal 1 (behind check-in Hall 5, level 2).

ADP medical centre provides emergency services to travellers, staff and visitors to the airport 24/24.

Stores are located both before and after customs.

> Check-in is opened 3 hours prior to long-haul flight departure and 90 minutes for domestic and medium-haul flights departure. > It is recommended that passengers arrive no later than 2 hours prior to departure. > Check that you have all relevant travel documentation including passports and tickets. > Ensure you do not exceed your baggage allowance. > Once you arrive at the terminal, look for the flight information display screens. These will tell you which check-in counter has been allocated for your flight. > Have your ticket and passport ready while waiting to check-in. > Additional security measures require you to pack any sharp items in your checked baggage. Sharp items identified at screening will be confiscated.
