>> Terminal 2 is closed for air traffic from midnight to 5 AM. Passengers can access it anytime but no lounges, shops or services are available at night. Access CDG 2 All access doors are numbered (example: gate D10 = Terminal 2D gate 10). These indications are marked beside or above each doors, use it to locate easily a service or a person. Car parks access: Direct access from/to car parks by lifts or stairs, except PX (long term car park) linked by CDGVAL light rail. TGV/RER station access: TGV/RER station is underneath Terminal 2, between Terminal 2C/2E and 2D/2F. From platforms, use the lifts or escalators till level 4 for reaching your departing hall by walk or to level 5 for free shuttle bus. Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 access: By CDGVAL light rail. Arrivals and Departures For Terminal 2A, 2B, 2C and 2D, operations on a single floor. For Terminal 2E and 2F, ground flooor houses arrivals (level 0) while first floor houses departures (level 2). Terminal 2F handles both domestic-Schengen (”F1”) and international flights (”F2”). ATM's Automatic Teller Machines and Money Exchange facilities are conveniently located throughout the terminal. Baby Change Rooms Baby change rooms for parents are located inside toilets throughout the terminal. Baggage Storage >> There is no official luggage storage in CDG. For storage durations above 6 hours, baggage storage can be provided by “Bagages du Monde”. Baggage is registered at the service desks but is promptly moved to/from a secure storage area in the CDG cargo zone. Change Foreign exchange outlets are available throughout the terminal. A convenient way to exchange money or purchase your travellers cheques ; tax refund (VAT) service is also provided. Click here for more details Dedicated disabled parking spaces are conveniently located in P AB, P CD, P EF and PX (long term) car parks. These are clearly marked and are restricted for passengers with cars displaying a valid “disability” card. Car Rental Car rental services at CDG are provided by the following operators: Avis, Budget, Citer-Eurodollar, Europcar, Hertz and Sixt. You'll find the car rental desks located at “Espace Services” (for Terminal 2A, 2B, 2C, 2D) and in the “Galerie” for Terminal 2E and 2F. Food and Beverage Outlets Food and beverage outlets are located in various locations around the terminal. Internet Facilities Wi-Fi access is available by subscribing a card available at "Relay" bookshops. Passenger can browse the web or send an email from a few internet kiosks (0,15 €/min.). Ethernet Lan points, IR ports, and Dial-Up ports are available to passengers in airlines lounges. Lost and Found When you have lost or found an item at CDG you can go to one of the information desks or at the Lost and Found office operated by “Aéroports de Paris”: > Terminal 2 “Espace Services” (behind the Post office). Tel: +33 1 48 62 28 00. Prayer Room Prayer rooms (6:30 AM to 10 PM) are located at “Espace Services” (for Terminal 2A, 2B, 2C, 2D) and at arrival level in Terminal 2F (gate 0.02). Shopping and Retail Services Terminal 2 offers many shops providing you an extensive range of products and services. Stores are located both before and after customs. If you're travelling, take advantage of the duty free prices. Trolleys Trolleys for passengers are conveniently located on the departure roadway and in the car parks, for arriving passengers trolleys are located in the baggage reclaim hall. Transfer You’ll find Transfer desks in every halls. Staff is at your disposal to answer any questions you may have, to issue your boarding card (if you did not check in all the way to your final destination), and to help if you missed your transfer flight. If you are transferring inside Terminal 2 For/From a Schengen flight or within the Schengen zone: > You can proceed by walk or by free shuttle bus(after exit in the public zone) to your departing hall. Not within the Schengen zone: > You may board transfer shuttles situated close to the Transfer desk (airside/international zone) to your departing hall. CDGVAL light rail station for Terminal 2 is located near the TGV/RER station. > Check-in is opened 3 hours prior to long-haul flight departure and 90 minutes for domestic and medium-haul flights departure. > It is recommended that passengers arrive no later than 2 hours prior to departure. > Check that you have all relevant travel documentation including passports and tickets. > Ensure you do not exceed your baggage allowance. > Once you arrive at the terminal, look for the flight information display screens. These will tell you which check-in counter has been allocated for your flight. > Have your ticket and passport ready while waiting to check-in. > Additional security measures require you to pack any sharp items in your checked baggage. Sharp items identified at screening will be confiscated.
