Passengers can access it anytime but no lounges, shops or services are available at night.
Access CDG 1
All access doors are numbered.
These indications are marked beside or above each doors, use it to locate easily a service or a person.
Car parks access:
Direct access from/to car parks by lifts, except PR (long term car park), linked by CDGVAL light rail.
RER and TGV stations access:
RER station is located at “Roissypole”, linked by CDGVAL light rail.
TGV station is located Terminal 2, linked by CDGVAL light rail.
Terminal 2 and Terminal 3 access:
By CDGVAL light rail.
Arrivals and Departures
Terminal 1 houses 11 circular floors:
Level 2: shopping level + food court + CDGVAL access.
Level 3: check-in areas + access to departures.
Level 4: transfer.
Level 5: arrivals.
Level 7/8/9: P1 car park.
Level 10/11: lounges.
ATM's
Automatic Teller Machines and Money Exchange facilities are conveniently located throughout the terminal.
Baby Change Rooms
Baby change rooms for parents are located inside toilets throughout the terminal.
Baggage Storage
>> There is no official luggage storage in CDG.
For storage durations above 6 hours, baggage storage can be provided by “Bagages du Monde”.
Baggage is registered at the service desks but is promptly moved to/from a secure storage area in the CDG cargo zone.
Change
Foreign exchange outlets are available throughout the terminal.
A convenient way to exchange money or purchase your travellers cheques ; tax refund (VAT) service is also provided.

There are short stay (with direct access to the terminal) and long term car parks (linked by shuttle bus).

Dedicated disabled parking spaces are conveniently located in P1 and PR (long term) car parks.
These are clearly marked and are restricted for passengers with cars displaying a valid “disability” card.
Car Rental
Car rental services at CDG are provided by the following operators:
Avis, Budget, Citer-Eurodollar, Europcar, Hertz and Sixt.
You'll find the car rental desks between gate 26 and 28 at arrival level (level 5).

This project is divided into four main steps, each dedicated to a quarter of the building.

Internet Facilities
Wi-Fi access is available by subscribing a card available at "Relay" bookshops.
Passenger can browse the web or send an email from a few internet kiosks (0,15 €/min.).
Ethernet Lan points, IR ports, and Dial-Up ports are available to passengers in airlines lounges.
Lost and Found
When you have lost or found an item at CDG you can go to one of the information desks or at the Lost and Found
office operated by “Aéroports de Paris”:
> Terminal 1 (behind check-in Hall 5, level 2).

Medical Centre
ADP medical centre provides emergency services to travellers, staff and visitors to the airport 24/24.

Terminal 1 offers many shops providing you an extensive range of products and services.
Stores are located both before and after customs.

Tax refund (VAT) can be done by AMEX bureaux de change or by French Customs counter, gate 12 at level 2.
Trolleys
Trolleys for passengers are conveniently located on the departure roadway and in the car parks,
for arriving passenger trolleys are located in the baggage reclaim hall.
Transfer
You’ll find Transfer desks in every halls.
Staff is at your disposal to answer any questions you may have, to issue your boarding card (if you did not check in
all the way to your final destination), and to help if you missed your transfer flight.

> Check-in is opened 3 hours prior to long-haul flight departure and 90 minutes for domestic and medium-haul flights departure. > It is recommended that passengers arrive no later than 2 hours prior to departure. > Check that you have all relevant travel documentation including passports and tickets. > Ensure you do not exceed your baggage allowance. > Once you arrive at the terminal, look for the flight information display screens.
