Terminal 1 information • Terminal 1 is a single main building for check-in and baggage reclaim with 7 satellites for arrivals and departures. Underground walkways with moving sidewalks connect the satellites to the main building. See map of Terminal 1 - Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 are linked airside (international connecting passengers) by free shuttle bus. - Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 are linked landside (domestic and Schengen connecting passengers) by CDGVAL. - Terminal 3 and the TGV/ RER station are linked landside by CDGVAL. Free guides and maps of Paris and the airport are available on request. Airport Facilities • Airport hotels : Click here for details • Baby changing : There are baby change areas before and after security control. All of them are located alongside the toilet blocks. • Bureaux de Change : American Express desks available before and after security. - Cash advances on presentation of certain checkbooks or credit cards. - Assistance in case of loss or theft of credit cards or travelers checks, - Buying and selling travelers checks and many international currencies at the best price, - Value added tax (TVA) reclaim... • Car rental : Click here for details • Cash facilities : Cash dispensers (ATMs) are available both before and after security control. Major credit cards accepted. • Internet access : Use CDG's internet kiosks (2 EUR for 15 min., 3 EUR for 30 min., 5 EUR for 60 min.) or WiFi access. You can buy your WiFi card at Relay newsagents or online on the Aéroports de Paris website. Work areas are provided with a power outlet so that you can plug in your laptop computer. • Left baggage and lost property : Lockers are no longer available. - Lost and found office in Terminal 1 is located level 2 (close to CDGVAL station). EMail : objetstrouves-cdg1@adp.fr If anything is left on an aircraft or an airline bus, you should contact your airline immediately. • Lounges : Offer complimentary drinks and snacks, internet access, payphones, fax machines, PCs and printers. Check with your airline for details and access. - Fee access lounge (30 EUR) : “Salon Icare” (level 10 airside), a service from “Aéroports de Paris”, open 7h to 21h. • Medical center : Located Terminal 2F (gate 17, arrival level). You'll find mail boxes in public area (before secutity). • VAT refunds Visitors from non-European Union countries can reclaim the sales tax (VAT). Take your receipt and form to an American Express counter or to French customs. • Worship : Prayer rooms are located at level 0 (from 6h30 to 22h). Inform your airline in advance concerning your special needs. Smoking CDG is a smoke-free airport. You will be able to smoke in designated areas outside the terminal building.
