Baggage Storage
>> There is no official luggage storage in CDG.
For storage durations above 6 hours, baggage storage can be provided by “Bagages du Monde” (See your Terminal info page).
Car Parking
CDG has a number of car parking options.
Each terminal has its own covered car park with direct access to the terminal by lift.
The long-term car parks “PR” (for Terminal 1) and “PX” (for terminals 2 and 3) are linked by CDGVAL metro rail.
Car Rental
All major car rental companies are represented.
Avis, Budget, Citer-Eurodollar, Europcar, Hertz and Sixt are among the options available.
Facilities
A choice of restaurants, bars and shops, plus extensive banking and currency, first aid, visitor and special needs amenities
are featured mostly in Terminal 1 and 2 (See your Terminal info page).
Facilities for the Disabled Traveller
The airport has facilities for disabled passengers.
>> Inform your airline in advance of your special needs and assistance.
Information desks also offer a special welcome service for disabled passengers.
Reserved car parking spaces in designated areas and discount on parking are available on presentation of a valid disability badge.
Hotels
There is a large selection of hotels in CDG including The Sheraton (inside Terminal 2), Hilton, Hyatt, Mariott and Sofitel...
plus economy hotels like B&B, Campanile, Etap, Formule 1, Ibis, Première Classe...
Hotels are connected to terminals by courtesy pick-up service and/or shuttle-bus.
Information
There are several “Aéroports de Paris” information desks throughout the airport (See your Terminal info page).
Free guides and maps of Paris and the airport are available on request.
Internet
Wi-Fi access is available in all terminals by subscribing a card available at “Relay” bookshops.
Passenger can browse the web or send an email from a few internet kiosks (0,15 €/min.).
Ethernet Lan points, IR ports and Dial-Up ports are available to passengers in airlines lounges.
Lost and Found
When you have lost or found an item at CDG you can go to one of the information desks or at the Lost and Found
offices operated by “Aéroports de Paris”:
> For Terminal 1 and Terminal 3

Lounges
Except airlines lounges there are no facilities (showers, waiting room...) for economy and/or non frequent-flyer passengers.
Mail
Mail boxes are available in all terminals.
For all your postal operations proceed to the Post Offices:
> Terminal 1 (at level 2)
> Terminal 2 (at “Espace Services”).
Public Transportation
Getting to and from CDG is possible by car, taxi, bus, RER (suburban trains), train (TGV/Thalys),
privately-operated shuttles and limousines.
Tax Refund
Tourist refund (VAT) can be done by AMEX bureaux de change or by French Customs in all terminals.
Transfer Between Terminals
The three terminals are connected by CDGVAL light rail (public area).
>> You cannot walk between the terminals.

>> When arriving or departing from Charles de Gaulle Airport, know precisely which of the terminals/halls
the plane lands or takes off from, as these can be located quite far apart from each other.
The terminals/halls are indicated on plane tickets: 1, 2A, 2B, 2C, 2D, 2E, 2F, 3.

> Check-in is opened 3 hours prior to long-haul flight departure and 90 minutes for domestic and medium-haul flights departure. > It is recommended that passengers arrive no later than 2 hours prior to departure. > Check that you have all relevant travel documentation including passports and tickets. > Ensure you do not exceed your baggage allowance. > Once you arrive at the terminal, look for the flight information display screens. These will tell you which check-in counter has been allocated for your flight. > Have your ticket and passport ready while waiting to check-in. > Additional security measures require you to pack any sharp items in your checked baggage.
